its illegal to use rom editors to make custom levels.

Its only illegal if you don't own the real game for the real SNES (i have it 4 snes). An emulator is only illegal if you do not own the system that its emulating (I have an snes, but its broked) So, I can legally play SMW on ZSNES. Its Illegal to DISTRIBUTE hacks, not make them.

o i jst get the snes emulater and thn the suer mario world rom i hav alot of roms on my computer and i hav sonic the hedgehog(1991)

Cool. I have a genesis and sonic the hedgehog, but not the rom or emulator because of the chemical plant zone. If only I could use something OTHER than the keyboard.

Other than that, do you know asm? I do, but not very much of it.

No i dnt no it but if u need somthing else u can use ur ps3 controller and plug it into the computer thn search ps3 drivers on google and install the driver or jst get a joystick
